I remember the first time I truly understood the power of breath. As a child, I struggled with asthma, constantly feeling disconnected from my own body. It wasn't until I discovered conscious breathing that I found a way to calm my mind and regulate my body. This journey taught me that our breath is more than just a basic function—it's a bridge to deeper sensations and a tool for personal transformation. Little did I know this transformative practice would lead to such a deep connection within myself and with others. It led me down a path of self discovery and having the Sacred Art of Tantra be my guiding force to help heal and transform other people’s lives.
