So the steps to edging are not to be taken lightly nor for granted. This is a chance to see what your body can truly do. Even though this speaks to the men in our lives this is about energetics which both men and women have access to. So please take what is true for you and leave the rest. Not everything I have to share is accurate for everyone.
Steps to Edging
Understand Edging: Edging involves bringing yourself to the brink of orgasm (an arousal level of eight or nine) and then pausing. This practice helps your body get used to not needing to climax immediately.
Breathing Techniques: Breathe deeply into your belly. Avoid shallow breathing, which can lead to quick arousal and release.
Pause and Breathe: When you reach an eight or nine on the arousal scale, pause and breathe. Let your arousal come down a bit before building it up again. Really feel the sensations throughout your entire body!
Practice Regularly: Incorporate edging into masturbation and sex with your partner. This will train your body to enjoy prolonged pleasure without immediate release. This helps outside of the bedroom with understanding divine timing and practicing the sacred art of patience.
