You need tantra!

Tantra dates back thousands of years in India and even beyond in the time of atlantis. There are many different forms of Tantra that originate from Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism Faiths. It is said that Tantra is many things from a practice, theory, method, system or even as simple as technique. If we break down the word itself it can translate to ‘tan’ meaning expansion and 'tra’ meaning liberation.

It's all inside the philosophy of deep connection. To yourself, to spirit or God and even with one another. It quite literally means ‘to weave’, think of a basket or hands weaving together. You get the permission to weave together the sexual,physical and the spiritual. Which is really unheard of considering most religions preach abstinence and the sacred union being marriage. Sorry to burst your bubble but a sacred union (when exercised properly) is literally the intercourse that happens after deep honor and connection of souls. (self and others). We are not taught this because of how powerful we would all become if we did this from day one. 

A lot of society is fear based and doesn’t have your best interests at heart. This is why it is so crucial for you to really understand and honor yourself, the nudges and gut feelings you get. There is something to be said about the unseen, especially if you believe that you are a spirit before you are anything else.
